An Oslo-listed OSV co I like

It’s mid February and the seasonal trough in North Sea OSV rates should be largely behind us. AHTS or anchor handler spot rates will remain volatile; PSV spot and period charters should rise steadily from now until the summer. But from now until August or so, we should have ‘the wind in our sails’.

As I continue to study companies on my OSV watchlist, one increasingly seems like it has a lot going for it, and has not been fully recognized by the market.
